What we collect and why
When you request an estimate, we retain your email, calculator inputs, vehicle and driving preferences, dated calculation and assumptions, campaign source and consent choices. We use them to prepare the requested breakdown and handle your enquiry. Correspondence and staff follow-up notes may be linked to that enquiry.
The free Lease guide can be read or downloaded without providing an email. If you ask us to email it, we retain your email, request source and consent choices. If you have used the comparison, we also retain its inputs, selected payment period, dated result and assumptions with that request. The private staff calculator keeps its entries in the current browser session; printing creates a copy you control.
Separate choices
An estimate or guide request permits that requested email. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked. Unsubscribe through the preferences link in your estimate or guide email. No marketing campaign runs automatically in this release.
A provider-match request or the optional Lease contact box asks XOLT to contact you. It does not authorise provider sharing. We disclose the proposed provider and commission arrangement and seek separate approval before sharing your details.
Storage and providers
The website and database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Requested email uses Hostinger Mail. These services process information needed to host the site, store enquiries and deliver email. They use international infrastructure; this release does not promise Australia-only processing. Contact us before submitting if you need more information about processing locations.
Customer operations are restricted to authorised staff. Private estimate and email-preference links can be used by anyone who possesses them, so keep them private. We use limited event and request records to understand the enquiry journey and control abuse.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry records remain stored while we handle your request and follow-up. This first release has no automatic deletion schedule. Ask us to review or delete information you no longer want retained; we will verify the request and explain any information that must be retained. We do not sell your personal information.
Only provide information needed for an indicative estimate. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, payslips or sensitive personal information through this site.
